Congress’ Punjab affairs in charge Harish Rawat on Thursday claimed a peace formula had been finalised to make Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh and his former Cabinet colleague Navjot Singh Sidhu work together in the run-up to the next Assembly elections.
