Now, the doctor has been told to perform duty at the Muktsar Civil Hospital for four days and at the Malout Civil Hospital for two days.

Dr Ranju Singla, Chief Medical Officer, Muktsar, said, “The Muktsar Civil Hospital was left with no eye surgeon, thus fresh orders have been issued.”

It was prominently highlighted in the report that there used to be heavy footfall of eye patients at Muktsar hospital, but due to the transfer of the doctor, the patients had to go to Malout or Gidderbaha.
