The court heard both sides, including Khaira and the police, and gave the next date of January 15 for the orders. The case was being listed since January 9 but being put off as the police had failed to produce its records, saying that the teams had taken it away for co-accused from Rajasthan and Rewari. While the police had been seeking putting off the matter to January 15, the court had ordered the police to produce a photocopy after getting papers on mail or on WhatsApp.
