The leaders urged police and administrative authorities to conduct a thorough investigation into the cause of the deaths and ensure justice. “If there is any foul play or negligence involved, those responsible must face strict punishment to prevent such incidents from occurring again,” they said.

The leaders also praised local residents for maintaining peace and unity during this difficult time, as well as shopkeepers who voluntarily closed their establishments in respect for the deceased animals.

Offering prayers for the dead cows, they reiterated the importance of protecting the sanctity and welfare of cows in society. The incident left the community in shock, with many calling for greater accountability.
