The Punjab government has adjudged the School of Eminence in Phagwara as the best school. School principal Ranjit Kumar Gogna said Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann and Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains honoured him with the award at a function held in Chandigarh.

The school was selected as the best school for its achievements in infrastructure, sports and academics. The entire staff of the school was present on the occasion. The principal praised the staff and said the contribution made by the area residents for helping the school bag the award.
