Seizing on the remarks made by outgoing Punjab CM Capt Amarinder Singh against PPCC chief Navjot Singh Sidhu over his alleged links with the establishment in Pakistan, the BJP has asked the Congress high command whether they would take cognisance of the allegations and take action.
