The Punjab School Education Board has released a list of 335 students who will be given Rs 5,100 each by Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh on Independence Day for scoring more than 98 per cent marks in Class XII board exams.

Among the 11 toppers with 100 per cent marks, nine are girls. Seven of these students are from Faridkot district and two each from Muktsar and Fazilka.
