Leader of Opposition Partap Singh Bajwa on Friday lambasted Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann for conducting the Rangla Punjab festival in Amritsar at the time when the state was grieving the brutal murder of young Shubhkaran Singh.

“Is this the kind of Punjab he always wanted to make? The Haryana Police have been hunting our farmers since February 13,” said Bajwa. “However, our defunct CM is busy organising gidha and bhangra in Amritsar. It demonstrates that he is not a serious politician, but still a comedian,” he said.
