Lashing out at the newly elected Sangrur MP and SAD (A) chief, Simranjit Singh Mann, for calling Shaheed Bhagat Singh a ‘terrorist’, Minister for Higher Education And Languages Gurmeet Singh Meet Hayer today demanded an unconditional apology from him for his slanderous remarks.

Addressing a press conference here, he also announced that the state would bestow the status of martyr on Bhagat Singh.
