The draft bylaws have been uploaded on the official websites, www.puda.gov.in andwww.enaksha.lgpunjab.gov.in.

The minister asked Punjab residents to submit their suggestions within 30 days, citing that building bylaws in the state were among the most complex in the country.

“By involving various stakeholders such as developers, architects and engineers in the bylaw formulation process, it will be ensured that the bylaws meet their requirements and expectations,” the minister added.
