Man kills kids, hangs self

Faridkot: A West Bengal native, Manglu Seikh (34), allegedly died by suicide after killing his two kids, Ali and Sehal, aged 8 and 5, on Tuesday after discovering that his wife had eloped. Manglu’s neighbour Dinesh sensed something wrong and alerted the police. A case was lodged. TNS

Man, daughter found dead

Abohar: The Raziasar police on Tuesday found the bodies of a man, Munshi Khan (38), and and his daughter, Azmat (20), hanging from a fan at their house in Hindaur village on the NH-62 here. Death by suicide is suspected and a case has been registered in this regard. OC
