Singer Shubhadeep Singh Sidhu, aka Sidhu Moosewala, who unsuccessfully contested on Congress candidate from Mansa in the recent elections, has courted a new controversy by calling voters “gaddar” in his song for choosing AAP. Jails Minister Harjot Singh Bains tweeted: “Sidhu Moosewala seems to have lost his mind.” MLA Jagdeep Goldy called him “frustrated”. Minister Laljit Bhullar said, “We will reopen the case showing Moosewala in possession of AK-47.”

AAP spokesperson Malwinder Kang said, “PCC chief Raja Warring should clarify whether Moosewala’s statement was from the Congress. If not, then what action the Congress has initiated against him?” —
