Sidhu Moosewala murder case hearing adjourned to October 17

Moosewala’s father, Balkaur Singh, who was scheduled to testify, could not appear due to health issues. He submitted an application seeking exemption from personal appearance.
Advocate Satinder Pal Singh Mittal, counsel in the case, confirmed that the testimony of Manpreet Singh was crucial to the investigation.
The court had also directed the production of the shooters involved in Moosewala’s murder, but they were not presented owing to Balkaur Singh’s absence. Other accused were produced through video conferencing.
The next hearing has now been scheduled for October 17.
