Deceased Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala’s manager Shaganpreet on Tuesday filed two petitions in the Punjab and Haryana high court seeking anticipatory bail and protection from a potential threat from gang which alleges his involvement in Youth Akali leader Vicky Middukhera’s murder case.

Gangster Lawrence Bishnoi has admitted that his gang planned Sidhu’s assassination to avenge Vicky Middukhera’s murder. The gang also believes Punjabi singer’s manager Shaganpreet had active role in Middukhera’s murder and he managed to escape the country at Sidhu’s behest.

The matter is to be listed in court on Thursday or Friday for consideration.

According to the Delhi police special cell,Sidhu Moosewalaand his manager Shaganpreet were involved in the murder of Vicky Middukhera in August, 2021. Shaganpreet had fled to Australia.
