SSP Suhail Qasim Mir had formed multiple teams to probe the case using human intelligence and technical inputs. All six accused involved in the incident were traced and arrested within three days, the SSP said. Those arrested belong to the Mannu Agwan group of the Babbar Khalsa International. “The grenade was assembled by the accused by following the procedure as told by Portugal-based Maninder Billa and another individual via a video call,” said an official.
