Flaying the meeting between Punjab-cadre IAS officers and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, BJP national general secretary Tarun Chugh today said Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann had been converted into a “rubber stamp”.

Reacting to reports that Kejriwal had summoned senior IAS officers from Punjab for a meeting in Delhi in the absence of the Punjab CM, Chugh said it was a grossly unconstitutional act of the Delhi CM. It clearly exposed the fact that Kejriwal would be the supremo in Punjab and Bhagwant Mann would be his “rubber stamp”, he added. Chugh said it was not only an insult to state officials, but also a disgrace for Punjab itself that it would be run by the CM of another state. —
