State affairs in-charge Devendra Yadav and Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) chief Amrinder Singh Raja Warring today held a meeting with party leaders and workers of the Sangrur parliamentary constituency.

Yadav said they had been taking feedback of the party cadre regarding an alliance with AAP in the state. Based on views of the cadre, high command would decide whats beneficial for the party, said Yadav, adding that the state leadership would also be taken into confidence.

Warring said whatever decision the top brass takes, keeping in view the sentiments of workers, would be acceptable to all state leaders. The PCC chief said AICC president Mallikarjun Kharge and Yadav had asked them to start preparations on all 13 seats.
