“I especially wish to assure my farmer friends in Punjab not to worry about anything. The Union Government is with them in this hour of crisis. I will soon visit flood-affected areas of Punjab and meet farmers,” he said.

Meanwhile, the inter-ministerial central teams constituted by the Ministry of Home Affairs will visit flood-hit areas in Punjab on Tuesday.
