Nakodar, March 13

The Nakodar Sadar police today arrested Hardip Kaur, a resident of Dashmesh Nagar, Ludhiana, on the charge of abetting suicide. Complainant Lekh Raj told the police that his son, Ajay Sharma, who had been married to the accused, had committed suicide on December 12 because of his tumultuous relationship with Kaur. — OC
