Youth killed in intra-gang shooting in Ferozepur

In a shootout that took place between two rival groups of a gang, a youth, identified as Ashu Monga, a resident of the city area, was killed today.
As per information, two persons came to a tattoo-making shop situated near the Makhu gate in the city area around 3 pm. After some time, the victim Ashu Monga also reached there.

Later, the shopkeeper Arshdeep Singh was forcibly thrown out of the shop by the two persons who had reached the shop before Ashu.
“I was waiting outside my shop, but after some time, I heard the sound of gunshots, following which I ran away to save my life," said Arshdeep Singh.
As per the CCTV footage, the assailants, who had come on a bike and an SUV, entered the shop and then started firing during which a few bullets hit Ashu, resulting in his death on the spot.
