The charred body of a youth was found on the rail track near here today. The Railway staff said Government Railway Police which identified the deceased as Mohit Kumar (18) of Alamgarh village who had not returned to home after attending Janmashtami function in the village. It visibly appeared that he was run over by a train after midnight. The body was brought to the Abohar Civil Hospital for postmortem.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
