Three persons were killed and 28 others injured in a collision between a bus and a truck on the Jaipur-Delhi highway on Wednesday morning, police said.

They said the incident happened near the Kanwarpura stand at Kotputli.

The bus driver and two female passengers were killed in the incident, the police said.

Twenty-eight other passengers were injured and are undergoing treatment.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
