While narrating the story of then Maharaja Ganga Singh of Bikaner, he presented the classic Bollywood song ‘Sau Saal Pehle Mujhe Tum Se Pyar Tha’.
Meghwal presented the song with the permission of Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, and jokingly remarked that the CM often tells him to present a song on such occasions.
Arjun Ram Meghwal is a skilled singer and is particularly adept at singing bhajans. At the ceremony, he presented the song as a tribute to Maharana Ganga Singh, who founded the Gang Canal a hundred years ago.
