To commemorate the 350th martyrdom day of Guru Tegh Bahadur, a recitation of the Sukhmani Sahib was organised at Narsingh Das Public School, Taraori. Swaroop of the Guru Granth Sahib from the Sheeshganj Gurdwara Tarawadi was unveiled on the school premises with reverence and respect by Baba Gurpreet Singh. Harpreet Cheema, President of the Numberdar Association of Haryana, Major Singh, former Sarpanch of Sonkra, Harpreet Singh, Sarpanch of Purani Nilokheri, and Advocate Ajay Jangra attended the recitation. Madhu Gupta offered prayers for her family, school staff and children. The school children also sang shabads on the occasion. Students Jasmeet Kaur, Jagroop Singh, Dilpreet, Sahaj, Manpreet Singh, Khushmeet and others served with devotion. School Director Dharmendra Kheda proposed the vote of thanks.
