Sanjay Gandhi Memorial Sr Sec Public School, Dhanora-Ladwa, campus reverberated with the vibes of spirituality as Acharya Mohan Lal chanted the Vedic mantras and performed a yajna during the ongoing Navratri festival. School president Pawan Garg presided over the ceremony and offered oblations in the yajna. He also extended his wishes on Navratri and prayed for prosperity and peace for all.Principal Narender Sharma, teachers and students also accompanied the school president. The day also marked the birth anniversary of Chaudhary Devi Lal, former Deputy Prime Minister of India and Chief Minister of Haryana. They also paid a floral tribute to the former Deputy Prime Minister. Talking about Chaudhary Devi Lal's life, Garg told students that he was a popular leader who believed in simplicity and service to humanity. He was also called the "king-maker" in politics. He relentlessly worked for the betterment of farmers, poor and backward communities.
