The school hosted inter-branch yoga competition, promoting the values of health, harmony and holistic living. The event began with a warm welcome to dignitaries, guests and participants and was inspired by the thought that "Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self." Director Jasdeep Kalra, Principal Ritu Bali and esteemed judge Master Param Yogi, a renowned yoga practitioner, graced the occasion. Participants from various branches showcased their flexibility, balance and discipline through various asanas, demonstrating physical strength, mental focus and inner calmness. The competition results were as follows: Samreet Kaur Sekhon (AKSIPS-65) secured first position, Agamjot Kaur (AKSIPS-41) secured second and Manvi (AKSIPS-45) secured third. The school was declared the overall champion. The event concluded by highlighting yoga's role in uniting the body, mind and soul.
