Role-play is an important educational tool as it helps students develop skills in communication, social interaction, and problem-solving. Through role play, students enhance their vocabulary, grammar, and storytelling abilities. Additionally, they learn to view situations from different perspectives. Students of Class II of the school, participated in various role-plays to practice real-world skills such as negotiation, debate, teamwork, and cooperation. The primary goal of these activities was to build their confidence and improve their English-speaking skills. They performed plays like ‘The Merchant of Seri’, ‘Mr Lucky Straw’, and ‘Sharing the Harvest’. Through these performances, they learnt valuable lessons about the importance of sharing and honesty. The students were excited to take on their roles, and their efforts were greatly appreciated by Principal Pamila Kaur.
