The Milestone Smart School, Patiala, continued its annual day festivities with great enthusiasm on the second day, presenting a magical and imaginative theme titled "Fables & Tales Rewritten." The event was presented by the tiny tots of the school. The chief guest for the occasion, Dr Ivneet Kaur Walia, Registrar, Rajiv Gandhi Law University, Patiala, lauded the efforts put in by the students and staff. The highlight of the day was a vibrant dance drama in which a young boy, drifting into a dream, finds himself wandering through the world of beloved fairy tales. The stage came alive as little ones dressed in iconic characters such as Snow White, the Seven Dwarfs, Red Riding Hood, the Wicked Wolf, Rapunzel, Mowgli, Bagheera appeared, each portraying beautifully reimagined versions of their original stories. The creative choreography, expressive performances and colourful costumes captivated the audience, making the show a memorable experience for students, parents and teachers. Adding to the excitement, students of the Junior Branch who achieved 100 per cent attendance for the academic year were felicitated on stage. Their commitment and dedication were lauded with trophies, encouraging all students to strive for regularity and consistency. The school also took the opportunity to honour its ancillary staff who have completed more than 14 years of dedicated service. Their contribution to the smooth functioning of the institution was recognised with special tokens of appreciation and heartfelt acknowledgements from the school management.
