The second day of the annual function 'Elysium' was celebrated at State Public School, Shahkot. Vikramjit Singh, International Cricketer, Netherlands, graced the occasion as the chief guest. Special guests Gulzar Singh Thind, President of Nagar Panchayat, Shahkot, Kamaljeet Singh, Punjab State Cricket player, Vandana Mittal, MC of Shahkot, Dr. Deepak Chandar, SMO Shahkot, Deepak Sobti, Punjab Electricity Department, Raman Gupta, President, Red Ribbon Club, Shahkot, and Amarjeet Kaur, Chairman, Mahila Mandal, NGO, also attended the function. The function started with lamp lighting done by the esteemed chief guest and the management. Shabad Kirtan was performed by students from classes VII to XI, followed by a mesmerising welcome song. The Shiv Tandav dance was performed to seek the blessings of Lord Shiva. The annual report was presented by students from various classes. Students from LKG to UKG performed dances to songs like 'Papa mere Ladla', 'Dance pe Chance', 'Muqabla', and 'All is well'. Class II students performed to 'Ale Ale', while students from classes VI to XI showcased their karate skills. Prizes were distributed to students for their remarkable achievements in academics and co-curricular activities for the session 2024-2025. The Best House trophy was awarded to Amrita Pritam House. The evening concluded with energetic cultural performances, including Malwai Giddha and Jhoomer, performed by boys from class 11, which enthralled the audience.
