Annual prize distribution function at GMSSS, MHC, Sector 13, Chandigarh

The school organised its annual prize distribution function. The event was graced by Sunil Bedi, Deputy Director, Department of Education, Chandigarh Administration, who was warmly welcomed by Principal Monika Puri and toddlers. SMC members, school heads of Cluster No 19 and its teachers were also invited. The event showcased the exceptional achievements of students across various activities and events and disciplines throughout the academic year. The ceremony commenced with ‘Ganesh Vandana’. Sunil Bedi gave away trophies and medals to students who performed exceptionally well in activities conducted under various clubs of the school. A plethora of cultural items were performed by colourfully attired students of different classes and age groups. The event included prize distribution of cluster level activities also. The cultural bonanza included Haryanvi dance, followed by Punjabi folk dance “luddi”. The function concluded with a vote of thanks from Principal Monika Puri.
