Each award included a book and a certificate, celebrating excellence in academics and co-curricular activities. Rajesh Dharmani, Minister for Town and Country Planning, was the chief guest, while local MLA and school alumnus Vinod Sultanpuri was the guest of honour. The event began with the felicitation of the chief guest, an invocation through Saraswati Vandana and cultural performances by students. The ceremony's highlight was the prize distribution recognising excellence in academics, co-curricular pursuits and value-based learning. As many as 15 students received cash awards for topping individual subjects in the CBSE Board results, while 28 students were awarded the Scholar's Tie for consistent academic excellence. Over 50 students were honoured for achievements in areas such as robotics, music, dance, debating, photography, dramatics, fashion design and artificial intelligence. Special awards included the Durant Prize for English Literature and the Yog Raj Palta Memorial Art Trophy for Fine Art. Himalaya House received the Cariappa Shield for Best Boarding House. Dharmani praised the students, saying, "Awards are important but effort is even more important. Consistent effort is the key to excellence." In his closing remarks, Headmaster Himmat Singh Dhillon reaffirmed the school's commitment to the National Education Policy (2020) and the National Curriculum Framework, emphasising the unique 'Campus as Curriculum' philosophy that promotes experiential learning. He concluded with a vote of thanks to the guests, students, faculty, and parents.
