Teacher’s Day was celebrated in the school. The event provided a platform to the students to exhibit their emotions and regards towards their teachers. The celebration commenced with the arrival of president Jagdish Arya, Director Baljeet Singh and other dignitaries. The event began with the rendition of a praise song for teachers. School students emphasised the significance of teachers in their life through their poems, speeches and dance performances. A prize distribution ceremony was held to honour the students who showed their consistent excellent performance in foundation courses and to the winners of various inter-house competitions. Jagdish Arya motivated the students by throwing light on the life of Dr Saraepalli Radhakrishnan and his contribution to the field of education. The event came to a delightful close with an opulent refreshment for the teachers.
