The school organised a transformative workshop titled “Cultivating a positive workplace culture: Unlocking team success” for teachers, with psychologist Anup Yadav. The workshop aimed to create a positive and supportive work environment by highlighting the importance of positivity, teamwork and well-being. Teachers learnt practical tips for managing stress, resolving conflicts and building strong relationships. The session also focused on the value of emotional intelligence and empathy in the workplace. Participants were encouraged to create actionable plans for making positive changes in their own workspaces. The attendees also had an open discussion about work-life balance, addressing the challenges teachers face in balancing their personal and professional lives. An emotional intelligence assessment activity helped participants gain a better understanding of their emotional strengths. Principal Dinesh Kumar said, “Staff’s well-being is our utmost priority and it is reflected in our work culture which benefits the stakeholders ultimately.”
