Positive mental health is a vital aspect of student life, enabling effective learning, coping with daily difficulties and growing into resilient young adults. Schools play a crucial role in supporting students' mental well-being. In this regard, the school organised a capacity building programme on 'Promoting mental health and wellness among students' for its faculty. The resource person was Manjula Sularia, a life skills coach, social entrepreneur, and POCSO & POSH trainer. She is also the Director of Prasanchetas Foundation and CEO of 'The Transformers Value Creators'. The workshop aimed to equip participants with practical tools and strategies to recognise signs of mental health concerns, offer appropriate support and foster a more inclusive and supportive school environment. Additionally, the session addressed specific mental health issues and provided practical techniques for managing stress and anxiety among students.
