An informative and engaging assembly on the topic ‘Monsoon’ was conducted by students of Class III-B at the school. The assembly aimed to create awareness among students about the importance of the monsoon season and how to stay safe and healthy during this time. The young presenters shared interesting facts about the rainy season and confidently highlighted the dos and don’ts of the monsoon, such as using raincoats and umbrellas, avoiding street food, staying indoors during lightning, and keeping surroundings clean to prevent mosquito breeding. Their efforts helped the audience understand essential safety and hygiene practices during the rains.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.

Restraint and moderation, rather than agitational language and partisanship, are the hallmarks of the newspaper. It is an independent newspaper in the real sense of the term.
