Bhavan Vidyalaya, New Chandigarh, celebrated Diwali, transforming the campus into a vibrant space filled with smiles, colours, and the spirit of giving. The festivities began with a special morning assembly, featuring a soulful prayer, uplifting thought, and lively dance performance that captured the essence of Diwali. The Pre-Primary students delivered a delightful skit on "Say No to Crackers" and a heart-warming play on Lord Rama's homecoming to Ayodhya. A serene Laxmi Aarti, performed by the Principal, Vice-Principal, teachers and students, added a touch of spiritual grace to the celebrations. Principal Inderpreet Kaur encouraged students to celebrate Diwali with safety, kindness, and environmental awareness, reminding them to "light up hearts, not just homes." This message resonated with the students, inspiring them to spread joy and positivity.
