The school celebrated World Book and Copyright Day 2025 with an engaging and creative week-long series of events aimed at promoting reading habits and literary appreciation among students. The school partnered with Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s Vidyashram, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad, for a Bookmark Exchange Programme, where students from both schools designed vibrant bookmarks, exchanged them digitally and physically, and shared the joy of artistic expression and literary quotes. Another highlight of the week was the D.E.A.R. (Drop Everything and Read) initiative, during which the entire school community paused their daily schedule to indulge in uninterrupted reading, creating a serene and focused literary atmosphere across the campus. In the “Recommend a Book to Your Friend” activity, students enthusiastically shared their favourite reads and encouraged their peers to explore new genres and authors. A Bulletin Board Competition was held for classes VI to VIII, where each class was assigned a renowned author. The Book Search Challenge further energised the students, as they were given creative clues to identify book titles and their authors. To top it all, a Shakespeare Quiz was conducted for classes IX and X, celebrating the timeless works of the Bard.
