The school hosted two enlightening and interactive CBSE workshops on ‘Gender Sensitivity’ and ‘Life Skills (Advanced)’. The workshops aimed to foster a deeper understanding of gender equity, inclusivity, and essential life skills among educators, empowering them to create a more respectful and balanced learning environment. The primary objective of the workshop on ‘Gender Sensitivity’ was to sensitise teachers to gender issues, break prevalent stereotypes, and encourage equitable participation of all genders in classrooms and school activities. The training session of the workshop was conducted by two distinguished educators, Dr Vibha Ray and Isha Anand, who shared valuable insights on the importance of recognising unconscious bias and promoting fairness through curriculum, pedagogy, and everyday interactions. The workshop on ‘Life Skills (Advanced)’ had Ritu Sharma and Pooja Aggarwal as resource persons. The workshop focused on enhancing teachers’ emotional intelligence, decision-making abilities, and interpersonal effectiveness. The school administration expressed heartfelt gratitude to the CBSE, resource persons, and organising committee for their valuable contribution to the success of the workshops.
