The school played host to a prestigious two-day Training of Trainers (TOT) programme under the aegis of the CBSE and ISTM. The programme brought together some of the most esteemed educators and leaders, both of national and international repute. The resource persons included Dr Sanjeev Gupta, Deputy Director, ISTM; Dr Ramandeep Kaur, Head, COE, CBSE, Panchkula Region; Dr Pratik Ghosh, HOD, IHMC, Chandigarh; and Seema Jerath, Principal, DLF School, Delhi. The event saw an overwhelming response, with participants comprising principals and postgraduate teachers (PGTs) from various prestigious CBSE schools across the region. The opening ceremony was graced by Shekhar Chandra, Regional Officer, Panchkula, and Seema Khakha, Head, COE, Panchkula. The dignitaries were warmly welcomed by Gulshan Kaur, Principal of Bhavan Vidyalaya, Panchkula. Seema Khakha, Head, COE, CBSE, Panchkula, addressed the gathering and shared insights into the CBSE’s concerted efforts to cultivate a cadre of skilled trainers who can reach out to educators at the grassroots level, thus ensuring the holistic development of the educational community. Shekhar Chandra, Regional Officer, CBSE, lauded the efforts of the school in hosting such an impactful event. The keynote address was delivered by chief resource person Dr Sanjeev Gupta, Deputy Director, ISTM, who provided an overview of the course structure.
