Blossoms Sr Sec School, Patiala, celebrated Teej with a vibrant function. Students from various grades actively participated, showcasing their talent and coordination. The programmr began with a warm welcome and opening remarks by trustee Ravi Singh and Principal Bindu Vaid, who emphasised the importance of celebrating Teej. Dressed in colourful attire, the participants took to the stage with inspiring zeal. The highlight of the event was a cultural programme featuring traditional dance performances by junior students. Various competitions, such as rangoli, nail art, jewellery making and mehndi were organised. Aarvi from Nursery was crowned Teej Queen. The function concluded with a prize distribution ceremony, honouring the winners and appreciating all participants for their efforts.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.

The Tribune, the largest selling English daily in North India, publishes news and views without any bias or prejudice of any kind. Restraint and moderation, rather than agitational language and partisanship, are the hallmarks of the newspaper. It is an independent newspaper in the real sense of the term.

The Tribune has two sister publications, Punjabi Tribune (in Punjabi) and Dainik Tribune (in Hindi).
