Students of kindergarten celebrated Grandparents’ Day in collaboration with the members of Early Act Club “Asha Ki Kiran” of the Rotary Club, Chandigarh Central, with immense joy, love and enthusiasm. The event was a heart-warming tribute to the invaluable role of grandparents in a child’s life. The celebration began with the lighting of the lamp and a soulful prayer by LKG students. A sweet rhyme was recited by Nursery students, filling the atmosphere with love and innocence. Grandparents actively participated in fun games and sang old songs and shared their cherished experiences with the children. Their joyful presence and lively participation added a special sparkle to the day. Kindergarten students showcased their talent with a dance performance on the popular “Dada Dadi” song and the UKG children showcased unity in diversity by portraying themselves as Dada-Dadi and Nana-Nani from different states of India.
