Students of the school showcased their deep respect for the historic struggle for independence from British colonial rule. In order to make students aware of the non-violent struggle and the sacrifice given by Indians, students of classes IX and X made projects to visualise the scenes from the history and to take inspiration from the past to address contemporary issues of social justice, equality, freedom and unity. Class discussions were also held in classes VI to X to remember the sacrifices of freedom fighters. School Principal Vandna applauded the efforts done by the students and encouraged them to be a responsible citizen of India.
