The days before the final exams are very crucial for the students as they work their fingers to the bone in order to score well in the board exams. Sitting for long durations sometimes results in poor posture and backache. To help them overcome these problems, a Doctor’s Talk was organised by Healing Touch Hospital. Dr Mohit, an orthopaedist from Healing Touch Hospital, was the key speaker. Dr Mohit guided the students about maintaining the right posture and answered the students’ queries to help them avoid unnecessary aches by following a healthy eating regime, exercise, and adequate sleep. Principal Sonali Sharma thanked the guests and motivated the students to stay healthy and focus on their academics.
