The school witnessed an exhilarating Annual Sports Meet graced by the presence of esteemed dignitaries and an enthusiastic crowd of students, parents, and staff. The event was inaugurated by RC Jeevan, former Principal of DAV College, who officially declared the meet open. The distinguished guests included Jaskiran Harika, Cluster Head for Chandigarh and Mohali Zone; Anil Sethi and Subhas Goel , the school’s patrons; Raghunath Arya and principals of various DAV institutions across the Tricity. Their presence added grandeur to the occasion. The day commenced with a welcome dance, reflecting the vibrant culture and spirit of the school, followed by a series of competitive races that showcased the athletic prowess of the students. Adding to the energy were captivating performances, including the dumbbell drill, PT drill, and a powerful aerobics performance on self-defence, emphasising fitness and empowerment. In her vote of thanks, Principal Jyotika Ahuja expressed heartfelt gratitude to the chief guest, guest of honour, dignitaries, and parents for their presence and encouragement. She commended the students for their disciplined performances and thanked the staff for their dedicated efforts in making the event a grand success.
