Baisakhi was celebrated in the school. Principal Rashmi Vidyarthi told the children about Baisakhi. The programme began with a special morning assembly, in which the students gave speeches about the importance of Baisakhi in both Sikh and agricultural traditions. Students, dressed in colourful traditional costumes, performed vibrant bhangra and gidda, spreading joy all around. Students from Nursery to Class II performed various activities related to Baisakhi, like dance, art, craft like kite making, poetry recitation. The function concluded with the distribution of medals, which brought festive spirit on everyone’s faces.
