Diwali was celebrated with great pomp and show at Paragon Convent School, Chandigarh. The celebrations began with various competitions for classes I to VIII, such as diya decoration, toran making, paper plate decoration and rangoli making, which allowed students to showcase their creativity and festive spirit. Students of classes VI to VIII also presented wonderful dance performances and staged a role-play depicting Lord Rama's return to Ayodhya after his exile, adding a cultural and devotional touch to the event. The event was graced by Chairman Sahibjeet Singh Sandhu, Director and Principal Rajni Dutta whose presence made the celebration even more special. Before the culmination of the event, the Principal praised the students for their magnificent performances and encouraged everyone to celebrate Diwali in an eco-friendly and responsible manner.
