World Earth Day was celebrated in the morning assembly at the school. Student Jasmine Kaur informed the students about the importance of the day. School in-charge Satvir Singh addressed the students. Trees were planted in the school ground. Pramod Kumar, former District Education Officer, who is currently serving as the president of the Green Education Society, Patiala, donated 10 nests and 10 earthen pots to the school so that the environment and birds can be taken care of. The entire staff of the school was present on the occasion.
