Comet Mensa Public School, Dehri organised an environmental awareness campaign 'Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam 2.0'. Amit Sharma, DFO Nurpur, was the chief guest. The programme commenced with a welcome ceremony, followed by a tree plantation drive on the campus. A series of activities like poem recitation, poster making and waste material craft were held for students. Amit Sharma addressed the students and shared valuable insights on the difference between native and non-native plant species. Principal Mridul Soni also emphasised the need to promote a variety of trees for ecological balance.
