Raksha Bandhan was celebrated at the school. The celebration began with a special morning assembly where students spoke about the significance and history of Raksha Bandhan. Students from the primary section showcased their creativity through beautifully crafted rakhis and they also tied their rakhis to the trees to protect and preserve them, symbolising a bond of care and responsibility toward nature. The school also organised Tiranga rakhi-making workshops and competition to dispatch rakhis to soldiers and police personnel, spreading the message of mutual respect, care, and protection beyond familial boundaries. Principal Vandna Bhatnagar emphasised that festival like Raksha Bandhan is a wonderful opportunity to reinforce cultural traditions while promoting message of peace and unity.
