The school organised a cluster-level Kala Utsav (2024-25), a flagship programme of the Department of School Education and Literacy, Ministry of Education, which brings out the artistic excellence of the students. Nirmal Sharma, Deputy DEO-I, attended the function, which featured performances by students of Classes IX to XII from cluster schools of Cluster No 19 (GMSSS, MHC, Sector-13, Mani Majra). The guests were accorded a warm welcome by Principal Monika Puri and the programme kick-started with the lighting of the lamp and paying obeisance to Maa Saraswati. There was an array of captivating performances in six art forms, namely vocal/instrumental music, dance, theatre, visual arts and traditional story telling. Around 50 students from the cluster schools participated in the event. The event, was judged by eminent artists from different walks of life. All the students put up a spirited performance and the judges were hard pressed to choose the winners. The valedictory function was held where prize winners were given certificates and trophies. Monika Puri, Principal, in her address, congratulated the winners.
